Annotation

The project seeks to introduce the principles of inclusive education in adult education. It focuses on teachers and methodologies that operate in the field of continuing education. The aim is to develop a methodology which offers practical guidance for working with diversified groups of adults who have special educational needs.

Project description

Within the project, we will create and test a pilot e-learning course, which will contain information, methodologies and guidelines for teaching groups with specific needs (the targeted groups also face a higher level of social exclusion and have poor access to education). The course will include instructions for working with a diverse group (with people from more than one specific category, e.g. migrants and seniors in one group), as well as with homogeneous groups (with people from a single category - e.g. women with small children). The e-learning course will help improve our offer, as well as enable disadvantaged people gain access to continuing education.

The course will be pilot-tested with the participation of trainers and methodologists from educational institutions in the Pilsen region.

Activities and outputs:

  • creation of an interactive e-learning course
  • pilot-testing of the course (about 16 participants / providers of further education)

The project is financed by the Education for Competitiveness Operational Programme and by the Czech State budget.
