Conference Women and Economy
European Contact Group has the honor to invite you to attend the international conference Women and Economy, which will be
held on March 17th and organized by the Czech Women's Lobby in cooperation with the Fridrich Ebert Stiftung. Event will be
focused on two major issues "care" and "crisis". As a part of the programme two publications on gender aspects of the economical
crisis will be presented.
Among the speakers will be Vladimír Špidla, Vice-President of Party of European Socialists, Christa Wichterlich, sociologist and author of The Globalized Women or Ilona Švihlíková, economist at the University College of Internal and Public Relations Prague.
